The multi-channel isolation and program-controlled analog signal source system is characterized in that an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip is used as a master control CPU (Central Processing Unit) for controlling an external DA (Digital/Analog) conversion circuit, a filtering and amplifying circuit, a multi-channel relay switching circuit, a magnetic coupling isolation circuit and an RS485 communication circuit; an external 12-bit high-precision chip is used for converting a waveform amplitude in a digital quantity form into a signal with required synthesis frequency in an analog quantity form; the signal is amplified by an amplitude of a differential amplification circuit and then the amplified signal enters a rear-end filtering and amplifying circuit; the signal is subjected to clutter removal and further conditioning and amplifying to obtain a single-channel analog excitation signal meeting design demands; finally, the analog signal selects one or more channels of signals for simultaneously outputting in parallel through a multi-channel relay.
