Abstract

The three isosceles right triangle multilayer PCBs are mutually orthogonal to one another, and a triangular-pyramid-shaped tetrahedron is formed by the three PCBS and the bottom plate. The bottom surface of the measuring device is horizontally placed, and the bottom line of a first PCB is parallel to an x axis. By using the measurement values b1, b2 and b3 of the three giant magnetoresistive sensors, the magnetic field components Bx, By and Bz of a three-dimensional right-angle coordinate axis direction can be solved.
