Abstract

A congestion control method in a wireless multimedia sensor network relates to wireless network communication technology and is used for coping with network congestion in the wireless multimedia sensor network. The invention revolves around two congestion control strategies of node cache queue and data priority. First, a priority-based queue management mechanism is adopted for the cache queue of the node; the utilization rate and priority ratio are calculated according to the queue management mechanism of the present invention, and congestion detection is performed; then, by monitoring the congestion degree of the sub-node, the allocation of the sub-node is dynamically adjusted Adaptive sending rate; finally use the congestion flag, congestion processing flag and good state flag to make node marks, so as to select the backup route.
