Problems solved by technology

However, this method has low leaching efficiency and limited effect on some metals, especially the metal elements wrapped in ceramics cannot be recovered; the disadvantage of this technology is that the consumption of chemical reagents is large, and at the same time it produces a large amount of corrosive and toxic elements. As well as the waste liquid and waste residue of heavy metal ions, it is easy to cause secondary pollution
If the cadmium element in the polymetallic mixture of waste circuit boards is not handled properly, on the one hand, it will cause great harm to humans, animals and plants, such as excessive cadmium in groundwater, soil, food, etc.; on the other hand, valuable secondary non-ferrous metal resources will be lost. Failure to recycle and recycle, resulting in waste of resources

Embodiment 1

[0032] In this example, a confirmatory experiment was carried out for the enrichment and separation of cadmium in the polymetallic mixture of discarded circuit boards. Firstly, the waste circuit boards are crushed and sorted, and the metals in the waste circuit boards are separated from non-metals to obtain a multi-metal complex mixture containing cadmium. Add the aluminum metal separator disassembled from the electric waste into the polymetallic complex mixture, so that the mass fraction of the aluminum element ratio in the polymetallic mixture is ~ 10%, and the configured polymetallic complex mixture is placed in a graphite crucible in a vacuum furnace. Then, seal the vacuum heating furnace and start the vacuum pumping system. When the vacuum degree is <1Pa, fill the heating furnace cabin with high-purity nitrogen gas to make the air pressure reach 0.07MPa, so as to reduce the volatilization of low melting point metal elements and avoid metal Oxidation during heating. [0036] In this example, a confirmatory experiment was carried out for the enrichment and separation of cadmium in the polymetallic mixture of discarded circuit boards. Firstly, the waste circuit boards are crushed and sorted, and the metals in the waste circuit boards are separated from non-metals to obtain a multi-metal complex mixture containing cadmium. Add the aluminum metal separator disassembled from the electric waste into the polymetallic complex mixture, so that the mass fraction of the aluminum element ratio in the polymetallic mixture is ~ 20%, and the configured polymetallic complex mixture is placed in a graphite crucible in a vacuum furnace. Abstract

The invention belongs to the technology of comprehensive recycling of complex nonferrous metal secondary resources, and particularly relates to an enrichment and separation method of cadmium in waste circuit board multi-metal hybrid resources. The method includes the steps that firstly, a multi-metal complex mixture containing cadmium is obtained from a waste circuit board through smashing and sorting; a separating agent is added into the multi-metal complex mixture; the prepared multi-metal complex mixture is placed in a graphite crucible of a vacuum furnace; after the metal mixture is completely melted, trapping agent lead and a trace enrichment reagent are added; and cadmium is selectively enriched in a lead liquid phase, a separation melt with liquid copper on the upper layer and liquid lead on the lower layer is formed, and the liquid copper on the upper layer and the liquid lead trapping cadmium on the lower layer are poured out respectively. Thus, cadmium is separated from the multi-metal complex mixture of the waste circuit board and is further recycled. The method is simple and easy to implement and has the characteristics of being low in cost, comprehensive, efficient, free of pollution and the like.
