Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of inorganic nonmetallic materials, and relates to a preparation method for a silicon nitride and ferrosilicon nitride combined material. The method is used for preparing blast furnace ladles and cement kilns. Ferrosilicon nitride is smashed into particles, and particles with the excellent performance of silicon nitride are prepared through the simple and low-cost industrial method. Raw materials, namely, 75-95% of ferrosilicon nitride particles and 5-25% of metal silica powder, are nitrided in the atmosphere of nitrogen, a silicon nitride combination phase is generated in situ, bricks can have the silicon nitride matrix and silicon nitride particle combined structure, and therefore the silicon nitride and ferrosilicon nitride combined material is prepared. The method is easy to operate, simple in process, free of complex devices, low in cost and easy to popularize in an industrialized mode, and the production process little pollutes the environment.
