The mulberry monomer compounds are prepared by the following steps: extracting mulberry dichloromethane extract from mulberries by an acidification ethanol method and an organic solvent extraction method, and then processing the mulberry dichloromethane extract by column chromatography and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) equipment to obtain the mulberry monomer compounds in one step. The experiment results show that two extracted mulberry monomer compounds are both belonged to the functional grease and both have a prominent anti-inflammation activity in cell level. The provided preparation method is simple, and can be applied to the industrial massive production.
