Embodiment 1

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of organic montmorillonite-modified polyvinyl formal sponge. The method comprises the following steps: mixing organic modified montmorillonite, polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water evenly and warming the mixture to 90 DEG C, lastingly stirring the mixture until the mixture is completely dissolved, and cooling the mixture to 25-35 DEG C; adding formaldehyde, a pore-forming agent and a catalyst, and stirring for 10-20 minutes; and adding a foaming agent, mixing the foaming agent evenly, injecting the foaming agent into a mold, warming to 50-70 DEG C and carrying out heat preservation for 3-6 hours to obtain a product; wherein the organic montmorillonite-modified polyvinyl formal sponge comprises the following raw materials: 100 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of organic montmorillonite, 10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 parts of formaldehyde, 0.5-1.5 of the foaming agent, 1-3 parts of the pore-forming agent and 7-21 parts of the catalyst. The polyvinyl formal sponge product is modified by the organic montmorillonite; starch is not added; the preparation technology is simple and feasible; an organic-inorganic-organic block penetrating network structure is formed; and the mechanical property, the heat resistance and the chemical resistance of the sponge are obviously improved.
