Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing polyurethane synthetic leather for hydrolysis-resisting sofa furniture with a dry method. The method comprises the following steps: selecting double-sided fluffed woven cloth as a cloth base, and coating one layer of modified fluorine-containing polyurethane resin surface treating agent on a long-fluff surface of the cloth base; uniformly coating polyurethane surface-layer slurry on the surface of release paper; drying to prepare a surface-layer leather membrane; uniformly coating polyurethane binding layer slurry on the surface-layer leather membrane, and fitting the surface-layer leather membrane with the treated long-fluff surface of the cloth base and drying; stripping off the release paper to obtain a dry-method semi-finished product; and coating one layer of hydrophobic polyurethane on a short-fluff surface of the cloth base of the dry-method semi-finished product, and drying and molding to obtain a finished product. With the adoption of the fluorine-containing polyurethane resin surface treating agent, the bonding strength of the cloth base and a stuck polyurethane coating is improved; the hydrolysis-resisting performance of the base cloth is improved; a jungle test result determines that the product has the durability of 5 years; a full-dry-method process has the advantages that a preparation period is shortened, the material cost is reduced and the production and control are convenient; and the product has full hand feeling, soft touch feeling and stable quality.
