The present invention further provides a color coating steel plate, which sequentially comprises a substrate with a plating layer, a pretreatment layer, a front surface prime coat layer, a back surface prime coat layer, a front surface top coat layer, and a back surface top coat layer from outside to inside, wherein the front surface top coat layer is obtained by coating the self-cleaning type high-durability top coat coating material.
