The descaling unit comprises: at least three electrodes; a DC source, which has a positive electrode and a negative electrode; and a controller, which is configured to allow the descaling unit to have a plurality of descaling procedures. In each descaling procedure, two electrodes are selected from the at least three electrodes and respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the DC source in an electrical way so as to respectively function as an anode and a cathode; and in a subsequent descaling procedure, the electrode used as the cathode in the previous descaling procedure is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the DC source and used as the anode in the current descaling procedure, and another electrode selected from electrodes which are not electrically connected with the DC source in the previous descaling procedure is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the DC source and used as the cathode in the current descaling procedure. According to the invention, a plurality of electrodes work alternately, the cathode is converted into the anode, so descaling of the electrodes is automatically realized; and the advantage of long service life of the electrodes is obtained.
