Abstract

Embodiments of the invention provide a resource scheduling method, a base station and user equipment. The resource scheduling method comprises the following steps: receiving a scheduling request sent by the user equipment UE; determining a scheduling type of the UE, wherein the scheduling type is edge UE or non-edge UE; scheduling a frequency resource for the UE according to the scheduling type of the UE and frequency resource configuration of a service cell of the UE by the base station; sending scheduling information used for indicating the base station to schedule the frequency resource for the UE to the UE, wherein the frequency resource configuration comprises a public frequency resource and a special frequency resource; the public frequency resource allows virtual multi-input multi-output VMIMO pairing and can be used for scheduling the edge UE and the non-edge UE; and the special frequency resource allows no VMIMO pairing and can only be used for scheduling the edge UE. According to the resource scheduling method provided by the embodiments of the invention, by determining the scheduling type of the UE, the edge UE is preferably scheduled on the configured special frequency resource, and no VMIMO pairing is carried out, so that the throughput and the performance of the edge UE can be improved on the condition of guaranteeing the throughput of the entire VMIMO system.

Description

technical field [0001] The embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of wireless communication, and more specifically, to a resource scheduling method, base station and user equipment. Background technique [0002] The Long Term Evolution (LTE) system introduces key technologies such as Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and Multiple Input Multiple Output (Multi-Input&Multi-Output, MIMO), which significantly increases frequency efficiency and data transmission rate. System capacity and coverage have also been significantly improved. [0003] With the increase of LTE users, the demand for system capacity is increasing. Although improving system capacity can be achieved by increasing bandwidth, due to limited spectrum resources, how to increase system capacity as much as possible under limited spectrum resources has become a hot spot of attention. [0004] The Virtual Multi-Input&Multi-Output (VMIMO) technology in the LTE uplink can pair multipl...
