Problems solved by technology

However, the various improved ethylene glycol methods currently used are still relatively cumbersome in the test steps, and the preparation efficiency and repeatability are not high, which is not conducive to the large-scale preparation of silver nanowires.

Embodiment 1

[0027] Take PVP10g, AgNO 3 5.1g (0.03mol), 4mL of 0.03M NiCl 2 The solution was dissolved in 600mLEG, heated directly to 140°C, and reacted for 60 minutes (during the reaction, the solution changed from colorless to yellow, then reddish brown, and then gray-green). After the reaction, the reaction product was cooled to room temperature. Dilute with distilled water at a volume ratio of 2:1, centrifuge and wash twice at 4000rpm, and store in water or alcohol.

[0028] The XRD pattern of the above-mentioned prepared silver nanowires is shown in figure 1 . Depend on figure 1 It can be seen that the XRD results show that the prepared product is pure metallic silver with a face-centered cubic structure, without other impurity peaks, indicating that the product prepared by this method has a high purity.

[0029] The scanning electron microscope picture of the above-mentioned prepared silver nanowires is shown in figure 2 . Depend on figure 2 It can be seen that the prepared...

Embodiment 2

[0031] Take PVP10g, AgNO 3 5.1g, 4mL of 0.03M NiCl 2 The solution was dissolved in 600mLEG, heated to 160°C, and reacted for 60min (during the reaction, the solution changed from colorless to yellow, then reddish-brown, and then gray-green). After the reaction, the reaction product was cooled to room temperature. Dilute with distilled water at a volume ratio of 2:1, centrifuge and wash twice at 4000rpm, and store in water or alcohol.

[0032] The scanning electron microscope image of the silver nanowires prepared above is shown in image 3 . Depend on image 3 It can be seen that the prepared silver nanowires have a uniform shape, a diameter of about 55 nm, and a length of about 20 μm.

Embodiment 3

[0034] Take PVP10g, AgNO 3 5.1g, 4mL of 0.03M NiCl 2 The solution was dissolved in 600mLEG, heated to 180°C, and reacted for 60min (during the reaction, the solution changed from colorless to yellow, then reddish-brown, and then gray-green). After the reaction, the reaction product was cooled to room temperature. Dilute with distilled water at a volume ratio of 2:1, centrifuge and wash twice at 4000rpm, and store in water or alcohol.

[0035] The scanning electron microscope test shows that the prepared silver nanowires have a uniform shape, a diameter of about 65 nm, and a length of about 5 μm.

Abstract

The invention belongs to technical field of preparation of novel functional nano materials, and particularly discloses a method of preparing silver nanowires in different diameters with a one-pot process. The method specifically comprises the steps that silver nitrate (AgNO3), halogen salt and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) are proportionally dissolved in glycol at one time to form a solution; the solution is directly heated to 120-180 degrees and reacts for 20-180min; after the reaction, distilled water is added for dilution; repeated centrifuge washing is carried out to remove ions and PVP in the solution; and pure silver nanowires with the diameters being 40-200 nanometers are obtained. According to the method, by controlling the reaction temperature, the concentration of AgNO3 and the varieties and concentrations of halogen salts, the silver nanowires in different diameters can be prepared; the method has the characteristics of simple technology and high efficiency; and the obtained silver nanowires are uniform in appearance and high in productivity ratio, has higher potential application values, and are suitable for industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of novel functional nanometer materials, in particular to a method for preparing silver nanowires with different diameters in one pot. Background technique [0002] In recent years, silver nanowires have attracted widespread attention due to their excellent electrical, thermal and catalytic properties, especially in the field of transparent conductive films, which have great application prospects. As a traditional conductive film material, ITO has excellent conductivity and transparency, but because of its brittle texture and limited size effect, new materials are urgently needed as substitutes. At present, carbon nanotubes, graphene, metal grids, and metal nanowires have been studied by many scholars as potential substitutes for ITO, especially silver nanowires, because silver nanowires not only have good conductivity and transparency, but also It has good flexibility and has obvious advanta...
