Abstract

The plant-based alkyd resin is produced through refinement of a fractionation substrate obtained through plant straw development and utilization and has effects of improving a bonding capability and improving intermolecular compatibility. The high-permeability emulsified asphalt comprises, by weight, 45-50% of an asphalt matrix, 10-15% of plant-based alkyd resin, 1.5% of an emulsifier, 0.2% of a stabilizing agent and 38.3% of water. The high-permeability emulsified asphalt satisfies the national standard requirement that penetration depth of a penetration layer into a base is greater than or equal to 5mm. The high-permeability emulsified asphalt with the plant-based alkyd resin has the advantages of good penetration effects, excellent bonding properties, good storage stability, safety and environmental friendliness. The high-permeability emulsified asphalt is suitable for road construction and maintenance processes.
