Abstract

The present invention discloses a flexible printed manure-urine sensor, which comprises three parts such as a flexible film substrate 11, a printing electric conduction electrode 12 and a sensing area 13, wherein the flexible film substrate 11 adopted as a printing substrate is used for supporting the attachment of the electrode part of a sensor and a functional material, the printing electric conduction electrode 12 adopted as the electrode of the sensor is used for achieving a sensing function and transmitting an electrical signal, and the sensing area 13 is used for attaching the functional material, contacting the component in the manure-urine excreta, changing the electrical parameter, and converting into the electrical quantities capable of being sensed by the electrode. According to the present invention, the manure-urine sensor is printed on the flexible film substrate through the printing process, and the sensor has characteristics of simple structure, simple process, low cost, adequate sensitivity, and convenient and comfortable use, and can achieve the single-use and throwing after the use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sensors, in particular to a flexible and printable feces and urine sensor. Background technique [0002] Sensors, as the extension of human senses, are the primary link in detection and control, and have been widely valued by people. Sensors that can be converted into electrical quantities (such as voltage, resistance, capacitance, inductance, etc.) are especially convenient for application in intelligent and networked future life. The sensors currently on the market are various in terms of functions, types, and manufacturing processes. Existing sensors can measure almost any physical quantity, and have reached quite excellent levels in terms of measurement sensitivity, accuracy, and repeatability. The performance of the sensor is not as good as possible. In the case of meeting the established needs, people often consider other non-functional factors such as the cost, volume, and convenience of the sens...
