The facial soap comprises following raw materials: 170 to 300g of coconut oil, 170 to 300g of sunflower seed oil, 110 to 200g of palm oil, 60 to 80g of sodium hydroxide, 180 to 300g of water, 10 to 50g of dried calendula officinalis flower, 10 to 20ml of rose flower essential oil, and 10 to 20g of a food colouring. A preparation method comprises following steps: 1, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, and palm oil are delivered into a heat-resistant container at a ratio of 1:1:1 for further processing; 2, water is delivered into a glass container, sodium hydroxide is added, and an obtained mixture is stirred until complete dissolving is realized; 3, an oil mixture obtained in step 1 is subjected to water bath until the oil mixture becomes transparent, and oil temperature is maintained to be 35 to 40 DEG C; 4, the mixture of sodium hydroxide and water obtained in step 2 is cooled to 35 to 40 DEG C, and is added into the oil mixture obtained in step 3, continuous stirring is carried out for 40min for saponification until a soap base is obtained via complete mixing of the mixture of sodium hydroxide and water with the oil mixture; 5, rose flower essential and dried calendula officinalis flower are added into the soap base obtained via full stirring; 6, the food colouring is added into the soap base; and 7, an obtained mixed material is delivered into a mould, and is allowed to stand for three days, demoulding is carried out, an obtained product is dried in the shade, and is stored for 1 month so as to obtain the facial soap.
