Abstract

The invention discloses peelable blue gel which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of UV curable resin A, 50-80 parts of UV curable resin B, 50 to 80 parts of UV curable resin C, 0.05-0.1 part of a flatting agent, 1-10 parts of a wetting agent, 0.2-1 part of a defoamer, 1-10 parts of a color paste, 3-5 parts of a photoinitiator A and 3-5 parts of a photoinitiator B. The invention further provides a preparation method of the peelable blue gel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the wetting agent, the flatting agent, the defoamer and the color paste into a high-speed dispersion machine; after dispersing, adding the UV curable resin A, the UV curable resin B, the UV curable resin C, the photoinitiator A and the photoinitiator B, and further dispersing; and mixing uniformly, thereby obtaining the peelable blue gel. After being coated and irradiated by a 395nm UV LED lamp, the peelable blue gel has rapid curing capability, good binding force, no peeling and falling, and easiness for peeling.
