Abstract

The device comprises a clamping mechanism, an overturning mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a detection unit, wherein the clamping mechanism adopts a minitype linear stepping motor to control a clamp block to move so as to clamp a handle, the overturning mechanism adopts a stepping motor to overturn the clamping mechanism, the rotating mechanism rotates the overturning mechanism, and the detection unit detects the handle through machine vision; the detection unit comprises a collimated light source, a first detection camera and a second detection camera, the first detection camera is perpendicular to the body of the handle to detect the surface defects of all positions of the body of the handle, and the second detection camera is located above the handle to detect the upper surfaces and inner side faces of the two ends of the handle.
