Problems solved by technology

[0002] my country is a large agricultural country, with an annual output of more than 900 million tons of straw, but its effective utilization rate is less than 50%. Most of the straw is discarded or burned, and waste piles occupy land, and burning will cause serious air pollution. The dependence on fossil energy has brought great pressure to the environment and sustainable development, and improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of straw is an effective way to solve the above problems
[0005] Most of the above straw pretreatment methods have the following problems: some have harsh conditions and require high equipment; some consume a large amount of acid and alkali, and it is difficult to treat waste liquid; some have complicated processes and cumbersome operations;

Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for segmentally pretreating straw by using ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide, comprising:

[0024] Take finely crushed corn stalks (≥200 mesh), add water and ammonia water, mix well, and let stand at 25°C for 24 hours; then add hydrogen peroxide, mix well, put the mixture after adding hydrogen peroxide into water at 20°C exothermic gas), let stand in water for 24h.

[0025] The amount of added water, ammonia, and hydrogen peroxide is calculated according to that the straw content in the final system is 70% (w / w), the ammonia content is 2.5% (w / w), and the hydrogen peroxide content is 2% (w / w).

[0026] The initial concentration of ammonia water added is 25%, and the initial concentration of hydrogen peroxide added is 30%.

[0027] The specific system is as follows:

Embodiment 2

[0030] A method for segmentally pretreating straw by using ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide, comprising:

[0031] The method of this embodiment is basically the same as that of Example 1, except that the ammonia content in the final system is 0.5% (w / w), and the hydrogen peroxide content is 1% (w / w). The specific system is as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for segment pretreatment on straws through ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide. The method utilizes straws as raw materials and comprises ammonia water and water addition, sealing, uniform blending, standing, hydrogen peroxide addition, sealing, uniform blending and standing. Through segment pretreatment with ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide, a microbial growth inhibitor produced by ammonia water pretreatment is effectively reduced, a reagent price is low, an addition amount is less, safety and environmental friendliness are obtained, pretreatment conditions are mild, a high temperature and high pressure are avoided, equipment requirements are low and energy consumption is low. After enzymatic hydrolysis of straw products pretreated through the method for 15h, a DNS test result shows that a reducing sugar yield is 0.523g / g straw. The method can be simply operated, has mild conditions, has high efficiency and is suitable for industrial large-scale treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of application technology, and in particular relates to a method for segmentally pretreating straw with ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide. Background technique [0002] my country is a large agricultural country, with an annual output of more than 900 million tons of straw, but its effective utilization rate is less than 50%. Most of the straw is discarded or burned, and waste piles occupy land, and burning will cause serious air pollution. The dependence on fossil energy has brought great pressure to the environment and sustainable development, and improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of straw is an effective way to solve the above problems. [0003] The main component of straw is lignocellulose, and lignocellulose is mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. These three components are closely cross-linked together, so that the raw material of straw cannot be effectively degraded by cellu...
