The photovoltaic power generation access box is connected with the solar cell panel component. The photovoltaic power generation access box, the microgrid energy storage cell and the photovoltaic power generation inverter are connected with the direct current distribution manager. The photovoltaic power generation access box, the microgrid energy storage cell and the photovoltaic power generation inverter are interconnected in parallel. The photovoltaic power generation inverter is connected with AC power utilization equipment. The microgrid energy storage cell comprises an echelon utilization power storage cell pack and a BMS controller. The echelon utilization power storage cell pack is formed by single power lithium cells of which the capacity is lower than the rated for 40%.
