With extraction conditions provided in the invention, polyphenol substances can be maximally extracted from Docynia delavayi, and an extraction rate is as high as 18.54%. High-purity polyphenol and phlorizin can be obtained by further purifying a crude extract with the purifying method provided by the invention.
