The method comprises the following steps: 1) materials which are in a molten state are added to a crystallization tube of a melt crystallizer, and a programmed cooling function set on a lower tube box of the melt crystallizer is started; 2) the materials are solidified along with a temperature drop in the crystallization tube while flowing in the crystallization tube, and stuck on the wall of the crystallization tube; uncrystallized materials flow downwards, a sintered filter filters crystallized materials with large particles, and then filtrates are taken as first fractions to be collected in a fraction I buffer tank; 3) until first fraction liquid materials no longer drop out of the melt crystallizer, a temperature programming function of the lower tube box of the melt crystallizer is started; crystalline solids stuck on the wall of the crystallization tube are molten, and converted to liquid states from solid states, materials which are just started to melt contain a small amount of impurities, and taken as transitional fractions collected in a transitional fraction buffer tank; 4) during the process of extracting the transitional fractions, sampling is carried out timely, when detection results of samples show that the purities of the fractions meet requirements, the fractions are extracted to a fraction II buffer tank.
