The control system comprises a methanol tank, a methanol pump, a methanol nozzle, the methanol cracking reactor, a temperature sensor, an electronic exhaust valve and a controller. The methanol pump is connected with the methanol tank and the methanol nozzle. The methanol cracking reactor communicates with the methanol nozzle and is arranged on a main exhaust pipe of an engine; and the temperature sensor is arranged on the methanol cracking reactor and is used for detecting the temperature value in the methanol cracking reactor and transferring the temperature value to the controller. The electronic exhaust valve is arranged in a branch exhaust pipe of the engine, and the branch exhaust pipe communicates with the main exhaust pipe; and the controller is used for comparing the received temperature value with a prestored set temperature value and controlling the opening and closing of the electronic exhaust valve according to the comparison result, and furthermore, the cracking temperature of the methanol cracking reactor is controlled.
