Abstract

The invention provides a method for coating water-based paint on a surface of a metal coating film. The method comprises the following steps of: arranging a base treating agent coating on the surface of the metal coating film; and then, coating water-based acrylic paint; the base treating agent coating is formed by water-based epoxy resin paint; the water-based epoxy resin paint consists of a component A and a component B; the component A is epoxy resin dispersoid; and the component B is hydrophilic water-based curing agent dispersoid. Compared with the prior art, the base treating agent coating, which is formed by water-based epoxy resin paint, is arranged on the surface of the metal coating film, is safe, environmentally-friendly, low-VOC and environment-friendly type paint, can be cured under a room temperature condition, has good adhesion force with the metal coating film, realizes firm bonding, also can be firmly combined with the water-based acrylic paint, so that a phenomenon that the water-based acrylic paint and the surface of the metal coating film fall off and are layered is avoided.
