The method comprises the steps of preparing a graphene oxide by performing a chemical oxidation stripping method on natural graphite powders; adding the graphene oxide into a carbon nanotube (CNTs) to carry out ultrasonic treatment; preparing a compound (GAS@CNTs) of a porous graphene aerogel (GAS) and the CNTs through a hydrothermal method and a freeze-drying method; and stirring the compound with a ZIF-67 solution, stewing, after that, the graphene aerogel (GAS), the supported carbon nanotube (CNTs) and a ZIF-67 lithium battery electrode material (GAS@CNTs@ZIF-67) can be prepared. The key of the method is preparing the compound of the GAS and the CNTs is prepared through the hydrothermal method and the freeze-drying method, and then adding the ZIF-67, stirring evenly and dispersing, vacuum drying and obtaining the GAS@CNTs@ZIF-67 lithium battery electrode material; and besides, an electrochemical test shows that, the relative specific capacity of the novel graphene aerogel supported carbon nanotube and the ZIF-67 lithium battery electrode material is high, the cycling stability is good, and the novel graphene aerogel supported carbon nanotube and the ZIF-67 lithium battery electrode material are commercialized and can be applied to pure electric vehicles.
