Abstract

A preparation method of nano-CoFe2O4 powder capable of being compounded with polyethylene for preparation of a nano-dielectric medium is disclosed. The invention relates to a preparation method of the nano-CoFe2O4 powder. The invention aims to solve the problem that present CoFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles have poor compatibility and are easy to agglomerate before undergoing surface treatment and cannot be compounded with polyethylene to prepare a nano-dielectric medium. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: 1, weighing; 2, preparing a mixed solution; 3, preparing a nano-CoFe2O4 preform; and 4, preparing the nano-CoFe2O4 powder. According to the invention, particle size of the prepared nano-CoFe2O4 powder can be controlled accurately, and a proper surface modifier is selected to modify the surface so as to coat the surface with a special functional group with good compatibility with polyethylene. Meanwhile, the surface modifier also can have effects of inhibiting the nm-scale CoFe2O4 powder from being agglomerated and accurately controlling particle size of the nm-scale CoFe2O4 powder. The preparation method of the invention is used for preparation of the nano-CoFe2O4 powder capable of being compounded with polyethylene for preparation of the nano-dielectric medium.
