The monitoring system uses a flexible electronic skin sensor attached to the periphery of orbicularis oculi muscle to detect wink movements of a user under different body conditions, counts obtained wink signals through the counting decoding driving unit, identifies the wink frequency p of the driver at the moment, and achieves real-time monitoring of fatigue driving. The monitoring system is simple in structure, convenient for use, light in weight, high in reliability, easy for carrying, low in cost, and easy for industrialization.
