Abstract

The degreaser is formed by compounding Gemini surface active agent, diatomite, sodium laurylsulfate and water, wherein the Gemini surface active agent is an achiral molecule with long carbon chain alkyl group and polar group of bi-benzene sulfonate. The degreaser is simple in preparation process, low in cost, and good in salt resistance; the mineralization resistance is up to 250, 000 mg / L, and the oil removal effect is good; the oil removal rate of the produced water of polymer flooding can reach 97% or above, and is improved by 50% or more as compared with that of the existed chemicals. Therefore, the degreaser is widely applied to the oil removal technique of the produced water of polymer flooding.
