The invention relates to an eucommia bark processing method, which comprises the following steps that (1) raw medicinal materials are taken; impurities, foreign matters and non-medicinal parts in the medicinal materials are picked out; the rest materials are put into a clean container; and the impurity content is less than or equal to 2.0 percent; (2) according to the proportion that a mass ratio of eucommia barks to fresh ginger is 100:(12 to 20), the fresh ginger is firstly squeezed to obtain ginger juice; then, water is added for dilution to reach the mass being 1.5 to 2.5 times of the original mass; then, the ginger juice is added into the eucommia barks; uniform stirring is performed; the mixture is fully moistened; and the content of the non-moistened eucommia barks is less than or equal to 10 percent; (3) after the ginger juice is completely absorbed; the mixture is put into a stir-frying container and is stir-fried for 15 to 25 min by strong fire at 150 to 250 DEG C; and the mixture is taken out; (4) the mixture is dried or put into an electric heating constant temperature blasting drying box; and the drying is performed at the temperature of 60 to 70 DEG C; and (5) powder is sieved away by a pharmacopeia sieve, and the powder content is less than or equal to 3.0 percent.
