Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D printing photosensitive resin based on graphite-phase carbon nitride light control. The 3D printing photosensitive resin is composed of, by mass, 30-50% of hyperbranched acrylate resin, 40-60% of reactive acrylate monomers, 1-8% of main initiators, 0.5-3% of an auxiliary initiator g-C3N4, 0.1-10% of fillers, and 0.3-2% of additives. The 3D printing photosensitive resin is solidified under UV irradiation, and the solidification speed is high; and according to a 3D printing material obtained after solidification, the tensile strength is about 45 MPa, the breaking elongation is about 14%, the yield elongation is about 5%, the elasticity modulus is about 2600 MPa, the bendng strength is about 70 MPa, and the bending modulus is about 2200 MPa. The 3D printing photosensitive resin is a non-solvent type liquid composition, is free of poison, environmentally friendly and good in solution resistance and abrasion resistance, capable of meeting different performance requirements through 3D printing equipment, extensive in raw material sources, low in cost, and capable of facilitating widening of application markets of the 3D printing photosensitive resin.
