Abstract

The invention belongs to the production field of edible fungi, and discloses a green ecological cultivation method for the edible fungi. The method includes the following steps that (1) a culture substrate is prepared, and the culture substrate comprises, by weight, 30-60 parts of corncob, 20-40 parts of wheat bran, 10-20 parts of fish meal, 10-15 parts of lemon pulp, 10-15 parts of charcoal, 5-10 parts of chitosan, 5-10 parts of potassium polyacrylate, 5-10 parts of cyclodextrin, 3-10 parts of Chinese medicine residues, 3-8 parts of protein and 1-5 parts of vitamins; (2) the culture substrate is put into a culture bag for normal-pressure sterilization; (3) an edible fungus strain is cultivated; and (4) the edible fungus strain is inoculated into the culture substrate to be cultivated for 25-40 days, and accordingly the edible fungi can be prepared. The edible fungi cultivated through the cultivation method are rich in nutrition, good in quality, tasty in flavor, rich in fragrance, long in fresh matter retention period, not prone to rotting, high in inoculating success rate, and low in occurrence rate of plant diseases and insect pests, and therefore the product quality of the edible fungi can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of edible fungi production, in particular to a green ecological cultivation method of edible fungi. Background technique [0002] The food problem is a topic that people pay close attention to in people's lives. Edible fungi, as the first-class food raw materials, are rich in protein, nucleic acid, lipids, carbohydrates, cellulose and other components. The average protein content is as high as 4%, which is 10% of ordinary fruits and vegetables. Many times, therefore edible fungus is more and more subject to the favor of consumers in general, and the demand of edible fungus in the whole world is with the speed growth of more than 10% every year at present. China is a big producer of edible fungi, and the annual output of edible fungi accounts for 75% of the world's total, reaching 20 million tons. At present, the production of edible fungi mainly adopts the relatively backward solid edible fungus cultivation method. T...
