Embodiment 1

[0013] 1.1 Test materials and test methods

[0014] The experiment was carried out at the Horticultural College of South China Agricultural University from September 4 to October 13, 2014. The experiment was designed with 4 ratios of red and blue light quality, respectively R:B=1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 8:1, and the light intensity was 300μmol·m -2 ·s -1 , with an average temperature of 25°C and an average humidity of 85%. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. Sponge block seedlings were planted on September 4, and white LED lights were irradiated during the seedling cultivation period, with a light intensity of 200 μmol m -2 ·s -1 . On September 24th, the lettuce seedlings were transplanted into the 1 / 2 Hoagland formula cultivation box for light quality treatment. Harvest on October 13 and measure lettuce quality and potassium content and other indicators.

Embodiment 3

[0032] 3.1 Test materials and test methods

[0033] The experiment was conducted at the Horticultural College of South China Agricultural University from December 2, 2014 to January 14, 2015. According to the results of potassium content and yield in Examples 1 and 2, set the ratio of LED red and blue light quality to R:B=4:1, and the light intensity is 250 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 , the light time is 12 hours. The average temperature is 25°C and the average humidity is 85%. Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing the potassium content of hydroponic vegetables through a potassium-free nutrient solution. A common nutrient solution is replaced with the potassium-free nutrient solution in 7-14 days before the hydroponic vegetables are harvested, and the hydroponic vegetables are continuously illuminated through red light and blue light of an artificial LED; the ratio of the red light to the blue light of the LED is 4:1; the illumination intensity is 250 [mu]mol.m<-2>.s<-1>; the illumination time is 12 hours; and the method is suitable for hydroponic vegetables under the artificial illumination environment. According to the method for reducing the potassium content of the hydroponic vegetables through the potassium-free nutrient solution, the advantage that the illumination environment is controllable is utilized, and the common nutrient solution is replaced with the potassium-free nutrient solution before the hydroponic vegetables are harvested, so that the potassium content of the vegetables is effectively reduced, potassium accumulation in the vegetables is reduced, and meanwhile, the yield and the nutrient quality are kept stable; the operation method is simple; the cost is low; and the result is reliable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of regulating and improving the quality of hydroponic vegetables, in particular to a method for regulating and controlling low-potassium vegetables, and in particular to a method for reducing the potassium content of hydroponic vegetables by using a potassium-free nutrient solution combined with LED light. Background technique [0002] The kidney is the key organ for potassium excretion. Hyperkalemia, a common complication of severe kidney failure, can lead to irregular heart rhythms and even sudden cardiac arrest. Dialysis therapy can replace kidney function and lower blood potassium levels. Dialysis patients should maintain a low potassium diet, because it is often difficult to prevent hyperkalemia with dialysis alone. For those with chronic adrenal insufficiency, high blood pressure caused by renal insufficiency, decreased urination, kidney disease, and hyperkalemia caused by oliguric acidosis, it is ad...
