Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and a preparation device of graphite fluoride. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing a fluoride fused salt and graphite pretreated by hydrofluoric acid, and removing air and water in the reaction system by using an inert gas; and (2) heating and fusing the fluoride fused salt, introducing a mixed gas of fluorine gas and argon gas, and performing a reaction. The preparation method of the graphite fluoride in the invention has the advantages that the temperature of the reaction system is easy to control, and the temperature has a small fluctuation and a uniform distribution; the graphite is suspended in the fluoride fused salt in a liquid state for reaction, and the fluorine gas and the graphite are in uniform contact, thereby avoiding problems of too high temperature and even explosion due to violent local reaction and high heat release caused by nonuniform contact of the fluorine gas and the graphite in traditional graphite preparation processes; and fluoridation efficiency is high and production cost is low. The preparation device provided by the invention has the advantages of convenience to operate and easiness to control, and a reaction still has good resistance to corrosion and is capable of providing a stable and safe reaction environment in the preparation process of graphite fluoride.
