A novel organic wastewater efficient anaerobic bioreactor comprises a box, inside which a first isolation net, a second isolation net and a third isolation net are successively arranged from the bottom to the top. A sludge bed mixing zone is formed between the bottom of the box and the first isolation net. A first reaction zone is formed between the first isolation net and the second isolation net. A second reaction zone is formed between the second isolation net and the third isolation net. A collection chamber is arranged above the third isolation net. The top of the box is provided with a biogas output pipe. The novel organic wastewater efficient anaerobic bioreactor also comprises a wastewater discharge-in pipeline, a wastewater discharge-out pipeline and multiple biological nest floating balls. The first reaction zone is filled with the multiple biological nest floating balls for growth of microbes. Each biological nest floating ball has floating motion tendency. A heater is installed in the wastewater discharge-in pipeline and is used for heating wastewater which is about to enter the box.
