sewage treatment device and a process thereof. The efficient AOAS integrated
sewage treatment device comprises a main body treatment facility, an
aeration system and an
automatic control system, wherein the main body treatment facility comprises an water
feed pump at an inlet, and an anaerobic
hydrolysis tank, a first stage reaction
sedimentation tank, a second stage reaction
sedimentation tank and an efficient
flocculation and
sedimentation tank, which are communicated in sequence through
water flow; the
aeration system comprises a blower, an air supply connecting pipeline and
aeration plates respectively arranged at the bottoms of the first stage reaction sedimentation tank and the second stage reaction sedimentation tank. According to the device and the process disclosed by the invention, intermittent aeration, continuous water inflow, alternative aerobic environment and anaerobic environment are applied to a biochemical
pool, thus the
denitrification is obvious in the anaerobic environment; a reaction area and a sedimentation area are integrated in the biochemical
pool and are divided by a division plate, so that no sedimentation tank needs to be additionally constructed, and no
sludge reflux device is arranged; the biochemical reaction and sedimentation are integrated in the same
pool structure, which breaks the inherent mode that two sedimentation tanks are separate from the biochemical pool, and thus the building is simpler; the operation of the inclined tube sedimentation tank is more stable.
