Abstract

The invention discloses a soft start circuit applied to a low-power single-phase inversion power supply. The soft start circuit comprises a rectifying circuit, a six-tube three-phase bridge power module, a soft start resistor and a busbar capacitor; the output positive and negative ends of the rectifying circuit are directly connected to the positive and negative ends of the six-tube three-phase bridge power module; four switching tubes of two phases of bridge arms in the module form a single-phase inversion topology while any one of the two switching tubes in the residual one phase bridge arm in the module is used as a bypass switch of the soft start resistor; in a power-on stage of the power supply, after the soft start resistor is subjected to complete soft start when the busbar capacitor is fully charged, bypassing on the soft start resistor is realized by the residual switching tubes in the power module so as to complete a soft start process; and compared with the conventional soft start circuit, the novel soft start circuit can omit a high-power relay.
