Abstract

The invention provides a miRNA molecular marker for diagnosis of osteoarthritis and a detection kit using the molecular marker. The miRNA molecular marker comprises miRNA140-3p. Through expression quantity of the miRNA molecular marker in a joint fluid of an osteoarthritis patient, the severity of the osteoarthritis is diagnosed.
