Abstract

The coating is prepared from, by weight, 10-90% of waterborne silicon-containing acrylic polymer, 0-50% of crosslinking component, 0-5% of catalyst, 5-50% of solubilizing agent and 0-85% of water. Low-surface-energy silicon-containing groups in the coating are inserted in polymer structures and finally uniformly distributed in the surface and bulk phase of the polymer coating, so that the surface and interior structures of the coating are uniform, and after the surface of the coating is worn, the interior of the coating still has ideal fingerprint-proof and antifouling performance. Therefore, the fingerprint-proof and antifouling performance of the coating is not influenced by bending, impact, knife scraping, sand grinding, salt corrosion and other external factors.
