Abstract

The invention relates to biological techniques and molecular markers, and in particular discloses a functional marker, namely GmPAP14-intron5-36 related to utilization efficiency of soybean phytate phosphorus and application of the functional marker. The forward primer sequence of the functional marker is 5'-ATGATTTCAGACAAACACGATT-3', and the reverse primer sequence of the functional marker is 5'-ACAGCTGACGAATGCAATTTAAC-3'. A 241bp specific fragment is amplified from a high phosphorus efficiency soybean variety by using the functional marker, and a 277bp specific fragment is amplified from a low phosphorus efficiency soybean variety. On the basis of the functional marker, the invention further provides application of the functional marker in judging the utilization efficiency of the soybean phytate phosphorus of soybean varieties, and auxiliary selective breeding of molecular markers of the soybean varieties.
