Abstract

The invention relates to a portable spectrometer based on an intelligent mobile phone and a spectrum detection method thereof. The portable spectrometer comprises the intelligent mobile phone and a spectrometer peripheral module which is assembled on the intelligent mobile phone camera. The spectrometer peripheral module comprises a conduction optical fiber used for collecting optical signals to be measured, an optical collimating system used for collimating and shaping the optical signals to be measured to obtain parallel light and an optical dispersion system used for performing dispersive beam splitting on the parallel light to form dispersion stripes of which the wavelength is arranged in turn. The intelligent mobile phone camera is used for photographing the dispersion stripes to obtain dispersion stripe images. The intelligent mobile phone camera is connected with a data processing module used for drawing a spectrum curve according to the color stripe images. The data processing module is connected with a display module. The intelligent mobile phone camera is used as to the detector of the spectrometer, and spectrum acquisition can be realized through combination of the spectrometer peripheral module with no requirement for independent power supply so that the system cost can be effectively reduced, the system volume can be reduced and use and carrying are convenient.
