An electromagnetic valve is mounted on the bypass pipeline. When the actual superheat degree is smaller than the standard superheat degree and the air suction pressure is smaller than the standard air suction pressure, the electromagnetic valve is opened. When the actual superheat degree is larger than or equal to the standard superheat degree or the air suction pressure is larger than or equal to the standard air suction pressure, the electromagnetic valve is opened.
