The preparation method of the antibacterial peptide comprises the step of carrying out cation exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and size exclusion chromatography on fermenting liquid containing the antibacterial peptide, so as to obtain the antibacterial peptide. The antibacterial peptide provided by the invention has good stability and high antibacterial activity.
