A composition for providing a film on keratin fibres comprises: an aminosilicone polymer; a silicone resin which is a MQ resin; a thickening system comprising a thickening polymer; and a solvent. The composition has a viscosity of from 30 mPa.s to 1000 mPa.s, wherein the viscosity is measured at 23 DEG C. The composition has a tangent delta of less than 2 at an angular frequency of 1 Hz at 23 DEG C and at 1% strain. Also, associated methods, kits and uses are provided.
