Abstract

A drill hole with the depth being 21 m and the hole diameter being 90 mm is drilled in an air inlet roadway of coal seam mining, and the distance between the drill hole and a bottom plate is 1.2 m; in the drilling process, a PE pipe with mark lengths is assembled into the drill hole from time to time; slurry is poured between the drill hole and the outer surface of the PE pipe; in the coal seam mining process, a drill-hole observation instrument is stretched into the PE pipe every day and takes photos of the inner surface of the PE pipe at the mark lengths of different depths; the taken photos are subjected to aftertreatment through matlab; the edge of the inner surface of the PE pipe and the mark lengths are expanded along the edge correspondingly to form lines, and the lengths of the two lines are measured to be L1 and L2; and the real length L3 of the edge of the inner surface of the PE pipe can be obtained through proportion scale calculation, so that change of drill hole strain is measured by calculating change of the L3.
