The water storage mechanism is provided with a water storage chamber used for collecting water samples and an electric apparatus room used for installing electric apparatuses, and the water storage chamber is independent from the electric apparatus room; the peripheral wall of the first venting pipe is connected with a shell body to make the water storage chamber be communicated with an air passage and the second water inlet pipe; the detection mechanism includes a laser particle counter, a pH meter and a residual chlorine comparator, wherein the laser particle counter is used for conducting particle detection on the water inside the water storage chamber, the pH meter is used for conducting pH value detection on the water inside the water storage chamber, and the residual chlorine comparator is used for conducting residual chlorine detection on the water inside the water storage chamber.
