The establishment method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of being simple to operate and low in cost, a drug-resistant liver cancer HepG2 cell model is high in stability, high in autophagy activity and beneficial to in-vitro analysis, can be applied to early-stage diagnosis kits for drug resistance of liver cancer cells and can be used for screening medicines for improving autophagy activity of liver cancer, and thus the drug resistance states of the liver cancer cells can be effectively improved.
