Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method of a fireproof and antiseptic wood grain coating layer of an exposed part of a steel structure. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) the exposed part of the steel structure is derusted; (2) water-based steel structure antiseptic paint is sprayed; (3) heavy fireproof paint is sprayed by a thickness to 1-3 mm; during spraying, a manual iron plate is used for leveling; and the polishing is performed after the water-based steel structure fireproof paint is dried thoroughly; (4) anti-crack mortar is coated for polishing; (5) exterior wall white glaze putty is coated for polishing; (6) primer with the same color with wood grains is brushed; (7) a color aggregate for shaping the wood grains is brushed on the surface of the primer with the same color with the wood grains; (8) water-based wood grain paint is brushed on the surface of the color aggregate; (9) the water-based wood grain paint is used for coloring the water-based wood grain paint coating layer; and (10) water-based fluorine carbon varnish is used for covering. The construction method enables a steel structure to achieve the same effect with logs and square timbers, so that the steel structure achieves the fireproof and antiseptic wood grain decoration two-in-one effect.
