Embodiment Construction

[0024] Randomly collect clams and shrimps at different times and merchants, remove the shells of clams and take their soft tissues, and process the whole shrimps: vacuum-dry them at 37°C for 4 hours, weigh the tissues with the same mass (±0.05g) and put them in In 50mL beakers, microplastic particles were placed in each beaker. The microplastic materials added to the same group of beakers were the same (for parallelism), and the microplastics in different groups of beakers were different. They were all operated in parallel. Discussion and research on the treatment system, generally speaking, the simpler and faster the analytical research method is, the better, so the ratio system is preferably a single solvent or two solvent systems, otherwise it will be more complicated and the treatment will be relatively troublesome.

[0025] The method system passes through various acids, bases and H 2 o 2 The analysis of the proportioning study involved the HNO 3 and H 2 SO 4 , HNO ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pretreatment method for identifying micro plastic in seafood products. The pretreatment method comprises the following steps: putting a seafood product or soft tissue of the seafood product into a culture dish, and performing vacuum drying for 3-6 hours at 35-45 DEG C so as to obtain sample to be treated; putting a certain amount of the sample into a flask, and putting an acid mixed solution of HCLO-4 and H2O2 into the flask; heating the flask on a heating plate of 45-55 DEG C, recording the time and observed phenomena when the state of the sample inside the flask is changed, and heating till the sample inside the flask is completely dissolved; cooling to the room temperature, performing ultrasonic treatment, and performing floating separation; moistening and washing micro plastic granules obtained through floating separation, drying naturally, putting into a glass test tube, and detecting by using an FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum), thereby identifying the structure and the type of the micro plastic. The pretreatment method is simple and reasonable to operate, instrument equipment used in the method is simple to operate and easy to observe, and a reasonable and effective method is provided for solving the problem of micro plastic upon environment and food security closely related to living of people.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pretreatment method for identifying microplastics in seafood. Background technique [0002] Seafood is one of the foods that people love. Seafood plays an important role in a balanced diet. It is a nutrient-dense food that is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals and contains a unique type of fat - namely omega-3 Fatty acids, which have considerable health benefits, however, like any other food type, seafood can also be a source of harmful contaminants with potential negative impacts on human health. For most people, the overall benefits of seafood consumption (following official recommendations) outweighs potential food safety risks. [0003] Especially in coastal areas, due to the increasingly serious pollution of the marine environment, the organisms in the ocean are also polluted to varying degrees, and a large amount of waste plastic waste is constantly accumulating in the environment, many of which enter the ...
