The method comprises the following steps: 1) coating one surface of a release paper with a vacuumized PU coating sizing agent and drying at 120+ / -5 DEG C; 2) coating the PU coating wiht a backing material and drying at 100+ / -5 DEG C till being half-dry; 3) pasting an alloy fiber cloth material to the backing material and drying at 130+ / -10 DEG C; and 4) separating the release paper after 24-hour standing. Compared with a base cloth manufactured according to the present conventional post-treating waterproof technology, the super-fiber PU leather has an excellent three-proof effect; after the washing test, the excellent three-proof effect still can be kept; and the three-proof effect of the base cloth is guaranteed while the soft hand feel is kept in the manner of adjusting the modulus of wet-process resin in a wet soaking process.
