The hair-coloring elastin composition is prepared from water and the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 1-20% of pigments, 1-30% of film forming agents, 0.1-10% of hair protecting and conditioning agents, 0.2-3% of emulsifying agents and 0.1-3% of thickening agents, wherein the film forming agents are selected from one or more of acrylic (ester) copolymers, polyurethane-14/acrylic (ester) copolymers AMP salts; the pigments are cosmetic-grade coatings.
