The impact type TBM comprises a TBM cutter disc, a slag discharging mechanism, a swivel joint, a plurality of hydraulic impactors and hobbing cutters. The TBM cutter disc is a steel structural body formed by group welding a steel cylinder and a web plate, wherein the multiple hydraulic impactors and the hobbing cutters are distributed on the web plate, and the hydraulic impactors and the hobbing cutters are distributed on the different ring roads of the TBM cutter disc alternately. The hydraulic impactors are supported on the web plate of the TBM cutter disc in a floating mode through a hydraulic oil cylinder, a front support and a rear support, and rotation motion is achieved through the swivel joint which is intermediately arranged in the middle of the TBM cutter disc. A drilling tool of each hydraulic impactor adopts a cutting tool, and the cutting edge of each cutting tool extends forwards for 20-30 mm relative to the cutting edge of the corresponding hobbing cutter. By utilizing the characteristic that the rock is easier to break in a single-way pressing state rather than a three-way pressing state, presplitting is conducted by utilizing the impact force firstly, and then tearing and breaking are conducted in the single-way shearing state, so that the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is lowered.
